Are you a student looking for internship opportunities? Look no more. We have a very interesting and unique Internship opportunity that will help you become a change agent and also give you a comprehensive idea about us and our work.
Why should you intern with us?
- Get hands-on experience working with Founders, Leaders and Trainers having great expertise in IT and NGO Sectors (Truthfully, this is a very unique and rare combination)
- Get exposure in various areas of NGO Management, Projects and opportunity to Interact with the beneficiaries (well, that is the advantage of working in a Growing and mid-sized NGO)
- Work with WinVinaya Academy, India’s First Digital Learning Academy for Persons with Disabilities
- Learn to work with an Inclusive Team and working with Persons with Disabilities to build up your personality and develop your skills at both a personal and a professional level
- Build your network with inspiring and motivating group of people
The minimum duration of internship with us is one month. We provide both Online and Offline internship opportunities.
Selection process

- If shortlisted, you will be called for an interview
- If selected, you will be sent an Internship Offer Letter along with the date of joining
We believe communication is key, so if you are selected or not, we will get back to you on the same.
Interns from abroad
Applying from abroad? Make sure all necessary documentation, approvals and visa formalities are in place before applying. You will need to share all your documents and permissions for us to process your application for internship with WVF.
Stipend
All internships at WinVinaya are unpaid.
Work from Home
Unless you have chosen the Virtual Internship option, we do not encourage Work-From-Home for interns.
Holidays/ Leave
All interns are eligible for all the holidays of the organization as applicable to an employee during the duration of the internship. Interns must give a prior notice of two days before applying for a leave. Unless it is a medical emergency, we discourage interns to apply for leave during the internship period.
Duties
Detailed orientation about the duties will be given to the interns after they are onboarded.
