OUR WORK  

WinVinaya Foundation’s goal is to create an Inclusive Society by working with key stakeholders – Students, Educational institutions, Corporates and the General Public.

Holistic Training 

We train Persons with Disabilities and Women from Economically Weaker Sections in niche, futuristic and industry ready skills. Currently we run two specialized training programs: 

1.  IT Full Stack Program: Java, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, Agile 
2. Banking & Business Process Automation Program: Banking Basics, Power BI, Power Automate, (Investment Banking, Reconciliation)* 

*Training on Need Basis only

English, MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel) Basics, Agile and Soft Skills are common courses included in both the training programs. 

Training at WVF follows a blended model. We combine our Digital Learning Solution – WinVinaya Academy and direct supervision & guidance from our experienced trainers. 

EduConnect Program  

WinVinaya partners with Inclusive Schools, Colleges/ Universities to roll out the Cost Effective and Scalable WinVinaya Academy along with Train the Teachers program so that the current skill gap in Foundational Skills like English Communication and other niche skills can be addressed much earlier.  Currently, we have partnered with TEACH, Mumbai; NISH, Thiruvananthapuram; CDAP, Trichy; Bishop Moore College, Manakala, Kerala. Placement Support 

At WinVinaya  Foundation, we focus on Social Impact. We connect with companies, help them understand more about Persons with Disabilities, their skill-sets, and assist them in recruiting PWDs. We have placed our candidates in companies like JP Morgan Chase, Societe Generale Global Solution Center, Wipro, HP, Dell, NetApp and many more. Sensitization Program 

We believe in the power of collective efforts. Initiating discussions and becoming aware is the first step towards inclusion. We, thus engage actively in conducting many Diversity & Inclusion activities like Disability Awareness Orientation, Disability Sensitization Workshop, Fundamentals of Indian Sign Language Orientation, Sign Language Interpretation Support and more for corporates, NGOs, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
