Role                    : Sourcing Coordinator

Location           : Bangalore

Responsibilities

  • Connect with multiple NGOs and colleges and discuss about candidates suitable and interested in Training at WinVinaya.
  • Help in scaling to reach out and include different beneficiaries –Acid Attack Survivors, LGBTQ+ and others.
  • Converse with the prospective candidates, understand their expectations and explain about the organization with them.
  • Follow the process of Sourcing team and maintain documentation as designed by the organization.
  • Maintain data of all candidates and provide the information to the leadership team when required.
  • Work with the fellow team members, training and placement teams.
  • Work with different stake holders – Domain experts, other organizations/foundations, Persons with Disabilities and Different age groups.
  • Analyse the process flow, Document Best Practices, Lessons Learnt, Improvement Areas & recommend, and implement improvements.
  • Associate with the training team to take a few trainings like soft skills (optional).

Requirements

  • Good English Communication Skills (Spoken, Written)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Should have hands-on knowledge in MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word
  • Proficient in Email, social media, Internet
  • Should have empathy to work with persons with disabilities, other marginalized
  • Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be a self-starter and take ownership
  • Be meticulous and able to follow through
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-moving environment
  • Teamwork, cooperation, ability to take direction and develop others
  • Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Indian Sign Language will be a plus.

Experience & Qualification

  • Any degree who has the growth mindset to learn, ready to come out of their comfort zones and passion to work in social sector.
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field are eligible
  • Women those want to start their professional career again
