“It takes a village to raise a kid” – is a famous proverb.

WinVinaya is now 6-years old and the people who raised it are our trainers who had the same vision and mission, friends & volunteers who supported, companies who recruited, NGOs and partners who believed in us, well-wishers who gave the right feedbacks at the right time. The crown on top of this kid are our wonderful beneficiaries – they are our role models who despite the challenges, rise up, beat the odds, learn key skills, get an income, support themselves and their families and lead a life with dignity.

Our heartfelt gratitude to all of you who made this happen!

On 25th Feb, we celebrated our anniversary (little earlier than the “birthday”) with our team by having a “Chai-Snack-Chat” Utsav and had a great time reminiscing the memories of the past, fond memories with our colleagues and friends at work, fun times that each of us had and a lot more through some cool, fun games like pick and speak where each of us had to choose 1 person from the group and share a moment/memory that we had with them. We had more games and snacks, of course!

This helped us reflect on our journey so far, appreciate how much we’ve grown closer over the years, cherish the memories. This rejuvenated us to do even more in the coming years to amplify the social impact.
