Role                : Trainer – SW Testing and Test Automation

Location        : Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Coach students on SW Testing and Test Automation using Selenium
• Develop the training plan with the team and train the candidates as per the plan
• Allocate the training courses to the students in WinVinaya Academy
• Track the progress of each candidate as per the plan and motivate to complete the courses on time
• Assign small SW testing projects to the students and track to completion
• Encourage students to self-learn
• Connect with students and clarify their technical queries
• Conduct continuous assessments for the candidates
• Track their performance and provide constructive feedback on regular intervals
• Prepare the candidates for the technical interviews
• Participate in Mock Interviews for candidates to make them ready for job interviews
• Motivate the candidates to complete their assignments
• Perform career counselling for the candidates who join us
• Suggest and implement improvements

Technical Requirements

• SW Testing Skills – SW Testing fundamentals, SW Testing Design techniques, STLC
• SW Test Automation – Java, Selenium, DOM Model, MySQL, X path, Test Report
• Experience – 1 to 2 years of SW Testing and Test Automation experience

Education

• Any degree

Skills required

• Should be proficient in different types of SW Testing, STLC, Testing tools and Defect tracking tools
• Should be hands-on in Java, Selenium, MySQL
• Should have involved in SW Testing of one or more web apps / mobile apps
• Should have involved in Test Automation of one or more web apps / mobile apps

Exposure to the following would be an added advantage 

• Exposure to Defect management tools
• Exposure to TDD/BDD
• Exposure to CI/CD Tools
• Exposure to different defect tracking systems JIRA, Bugzilla

Requirements

• Should have good logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• English Communication Skills (Spoken, Written)
• Excellent Inter-personal skills
• Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
• Should have empathy to work with persons with disabilities (PWDs)
• Be a self-starter and take ownership
• Be meticulous and able to follow through
• Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
• Exposure to Indian Sign Language will be a plus
• Readiness for travel occasionally
