Inclusive Storytelling

“Stories are a communal currency of humanity”

                                                                                                             – Tahir Shah(Arabian Nights)

In all of the changes life brings with it, all the ups and downs, and unprecedented pandemics, the one thing that remains constant is the human need to connect with people. The most effective, fun, and memorable way to bond is through stories.

While this virus has toppled our reality to a more morbid one, we at WinVinaya Foundation wanted to melt away at least some of our stresses, with some good old laughter and human connection. And we all love stories, don’t we?

The stories that we grew up with molded us; and it is perhaps one of our greatest interests as human beings; coming together and sharing our own experiences or something someone had passed on.

But is it necessary that stories be restricted to a single medium?? We don’t think so.

Hence the fourth event was born – “Inclusive storytelling” – A place where people ranging from employees of the WinVinaya Family to NGOs, inclusive institutes (NISH, Eka Foundation, and Magic Puddles), volunteers and more come together (virtually of course) to enact fun-filled crazy emotion-packed stories and bond with each other

It was a fun evening made memorable by the many students and trainers who joined us for this wonderful event.

Lockdown had kept us locked up in our homes, but it couldn’t stop us from getting together and having fun.

Take a peek at our storytellers and listeners….
